1. Property Purchase

All land sales are subject to availability and verification. The buyer agrees to purchase the selected property based on agreed specifications.

2. Payment Terms

A reservation fee may be required to secure a plot. This fee confirms your commitment and forms part of the total purchase price. Terms regarding refunds or transfers will be communicated at the point of reservation.

The remaining balance may be paid in instalments as agreed. Delayed payments may attract interest charges in line with the agreed payment plan.

3. Payment Default & Resolution

In the event of delayed payments, interest charges may apply as agreed in the payment plan. Ocean View Properties Ghana will issue formal notices and work with the buyer to resolve outstanding balances before any further action is taken. Persistent non-payment over an extended period may result in cancellation in line with agreed terms.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to deductions including administrative fees, accrued interest, and other related costs.

5. Property Development

Development may commence after full payment is completed or upon receiving written approval from Ocean View Properties Ghana.

6. Documentation

Ownership documents, including the Indenture and Site Plan, will be provided upon completion of payment. Buyers may request to review documentation details during the purchase process for transparency and assurance.

7. Remote Purchase & Diaspora Support

Ocean View Properties Ghana supports remote land acquisition for buyers outside Ghana. All processes, including documentation, verification, and communication, can be handled securely without requiring physical presence.

8. Legal Compliance

Buyers must comply with all Ghana land laws and regulations, including zoning requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

10. Changes to Terms

Ocean View Properties Ghana reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
